Our First Radio Interview | GeneaBloggers Talk Radio
This year has been a year of many firsts for the research team and this blog. In keeping with that theme, I was recently interviewed by GeneaBloggers Blog Talk Radio on July 15, 2011 regarding my work with the Ancestral Project. This was my first national interview and I had a wonderful time. Thomas MacEntee normally hosts the show, but due to his other commitments, DearMYRTLE took the host reins this episode. Both of them have blogs that I follow.
The theme for the show as "Cool Ideas for Involving Youth in Genealogy." My interview starts at the 31 minute mark in the show. Additional people featured were: Drusilla Pair of Find Your Folks, Jari Honora of Bayou Roots, and Elyse Doerflinger of Elyse's Genealogy Blog.
For show notes, including bios and photos of all those interviewed, please visit this link. A special thank you to Drusilla Pair, Thomas MacEntee and DearMYRTLE. Looking forward to collaborating with them in the near future :)
