David Armstrong, Killed - Madison Parish, LA

David Armstrong, an African American male, a resident of Madison Parish, LA was lynched during December 1879 as a result of political discord within the area. George Thompson Ruby mentioned his death during his testimony in front of a Senate sub-committee.  (For more on George T. Ruby, visit this link)
